The NB6L295MMNG is a Delay Line designed as part of the Clock / Timing - Delay Lines family of products. It offers a variable and reliable delay up to 149 ms from 1.7 MHz to 8.1 MHz and is suitable for applications such as pulse creation and pulse delay. This series is offered in the package size of 7 mm X 7 mm X 0.89 mm.
The Delay Line works on the principle of electrical refraction of RF signals. A signal is split into two parts and is sent on two different paths which are wired in parallel. Both the paths are of different lengths and hence the refraction of the signal is different due to which the signals arrive at the output with a different time delay. The delay is proportional to the length of the pathway of the signal.
The NB6L295MMNG Delay Line has a very small package size making it suitable for space saving applications such as SDRs, Cellular Base Stations, Automotive, and Broadcasting. Because of its high frequency operation, it provides reliable and better results. It supports low power levels, which makes it more energy efficient. Additionally, a low insertion loss of 0.2 dB ensures efficient delivery of the signal.
The Delay Line operates on a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for various temperature environments. It has high isolation of -40 dB and ENSS of 45 dB for better signal integrity. The Delay Line can handle 25V RF peak-to-peak (Vp). It is equipped with an optional DC power supply which makes it easier to operate.
