NLSX0102FCT2G is an ultra-low capacitance PIN diode array specially designed for high-speed digital application fields. It is a typical Pin-diodes array in various types of Logic Translators, Level Shifters and Signal Conditioners. This type of array is mainly used to shift signal levels between two different logic circuits.
NLSX0102FCT2G achieves ultra-low capacitance PIN diodes through its use of 100 percent mercury-cadmium oxide (HgCO3) substrate. This type of array is ideal for high-speed digital applications where large capacitance leads to poor signal transmission fidelity. Furthermore, the NLSX0102FCT2G array has a wide range of operating temperatures from -55 to +125 degrees Celsius, allowing it to be used in a variety of industrial and military applications.
The NLSX0102FCT2G device can be built with either standard or half-SLV (SLV-X) low power control pins with low impedance for extremely reliable device operation.
