NLSX3013FCT1G is a single line level translator in logic-type translators, level shifters. It belongs to a low voltage logic family that operates from 1.2V to 1.8V or from 1.8V to 2.5V for power drive. In many industrial applications the need for level translators is extremely important. NLSX3013FCT1G stands out in providing customers with a small solution that can translate from low voltage to higher voltage, or from higher voltage to low voltage. NLSX3013FCT1G contains an input signal, a low voltage output signal, a high voltage output signal and bidirectional signal. The device works in two modes – Output level mode and Input level mode. These modes are switchable as the input voltage changes. This helps in keeping the logic signal levels consistent. NLSX3013FCT1G also has ESD protection diode capability that can withstand high ESD pulses.
The output high voltage level of the translator is determined by the input voltage. The output low voltage level depends on the voltage of the supply pins, which are VDD and VSS. The input signal is converted to either a low voltage output signal (VSS) for 1.2 to 1.8V VDD supply, or a high voltage output signal (VDD) for 1.8 to 2.5V VDD supplies. In bidirectional mode, both the low voltage output and the high voltage output are active and the device switches automatically between the two levels, depending upon the input voltage.
