PMF63UNEX is a high performance N-channel field effect transistor manufactured using CMOS technology. It is a single package device which features a low on-channel resistance and an impressive high-frequency switching performance. In addition, the PMF63UNEX also offers an off-state leakage current of maximum 0.3mA and a low-power dissipation in both on-state and off-state.

The PMF63UNEX is designed to have a wide range of applications and is often used to facilitate switching and signal control in various analog and digital circuits. For example, it can be used as a logic control transistor to activate various electronic components like relays, LEDs, motors, etc. It can also be used as a small-signal amplifier in applications such as audio amplifiers and TV receivers. In depletion mode, the PMF63UNEX is turned off when a negative gate voltage is applied and the channel resistance will be high. The PMF63UNEX can also be saturated when a higher positive gate voltage is applied and in this case the on-channel resistance of the transistor is usually much lower than it is in the enhancement mode.
