S9KEAZ64AMLK is an advanced Flash memory microcontroller designed for use with Embedded Control Applications. It combines powerful computing capability, very small size and extremely low power consumption, making it an ideal solution for embedded control applications. The microcontroller is ideal for home automation, industrial control and medical device applications.
The S9KEAZ64AMLK microcontroller is a very cost effective solution with a small on-chip ROM and RAM memory space, along with a wide range of input/output (I/O) ports. It uses the latest 400 MHz DRAM up to 8 MByte of internal Flash memory, as well as two 8-bit Flash memory, providing a total capacity of one 16MByte. It also features a specially designed 2-channel Memory Stick controller, four 8-bit I2C and two 8-bit SMBus controllers, an RTC, a 12-bit A/D converter and a Serial Peripheral Interface.
The S9KEAZ64AMLK is an 8-bit microcontroller with integrated Flash, RAM, powered by a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 core. It features a wide range of memory resources, including up to 8 MByte of program memory, up to 32 KByte of data memory, up to 1 KByte of SRAM, up to 4 KByte of EEPROM, and two 16KByte of RAM memory. It has a built-in debugger and wide variety of peripheral functions, including the optical communication controller, Ethernet controller, CAN controller and serial communication controller.
