S9KEAZN16AMLH is an embedded microcontroller designed for a wide variety of general-purpose applications. It is a low-end 8-bit microcontroller based on the Atmel AVR family of microcontrollers and is the latest in a series of Atmel microcontroller solutions. The S9KEAZN16AMLH microcontroller comes with 16K bytes of flash program memory, 128 bytes of SRAM, and four register banks.
