The product comprises of a SMPS capable of supplying up to 40 watts of output power. The design combines an efficiency of up to 92.3%, a ripple voltage of less than 1mV, and a maximum efficiency of 86%.The product is based on STMicroelectronics’ STEVAL-ISV004V2 power stage integrated circuit, which is designed for low cost, reliable, and efficient DC-DC and AC-DC SMPS applications. The integrated circuit has the ability to regulate the output voltage and current, while providing a clean and high-efficiency power conversion. It is designed for applications requiring up to 40 watts of output power and an efficiency of up to 92.3%. The STEVAL-ISV004V2 Evaluation Board allows for a quick start by providing a comprehensive design platform and easy to use PC software. It offers complete system performance evaluation, schematic and bill-of-material viewing, and the ability to develop customized power conversion solutions.
