.TXS0101DBVRG4 Application Field and Working Principle The TXS0101DBVRG4 is a logic translator that converts complementary-symmetry signals (such as CMOS and TTL logic levels) into single-ended signals of either higher or lower logic family levels. This logic translator performs bidirectional voltage shifting between logic families, allowing compatibility between TTL, CMOS, and a variety of other logic families. The device provides an improved power supply range and input transfer characteristics as compared to previous industry parts. The device also features low power consumption with 20-µA supply current. Furthermore, the device has two enable pins with two independent enable/disable states for each direction of conversion.
