The UCC27323D is a PMIC – Gate Drivers – part of Texas Instruments’ line of PMICs. This part is designed for intelligent analog and digital controller applications. With its high-side and low-side MOSFET drivers and a floating internal VCC supply, the UCC27323D is able to control up to six gate drivers from the same supply, providing a single-supply floating control to drive an array of MOSFETs.The principles of operation of the UCC27323D are straightforward. The UCC27323D is capable of driving and controlling six outputs, using two outputs for each of the three channels. The device is characterized for operation from -40°C to 125°C and is available in both SOIC-8 and LLP packages for improved transmission speed and power delivery.The UCC27323D can be used as a stand-alone power supply controller, or it can be used as a gate driver in combination with other power supply components, such as switching regulators and DC-DC converters. With its wide operating temperature range, it can be used in a variety of environments where temperature can vary significantly.
