The synchronous rectifier switch (SR) placed in the secondary side reduces the power losses, while the voltage boost controller monitors the output voltage and adjusts the duty cycle. When the output voltage is over the set voltage, the duty cycle of switching will be adjusted to make sure an efficient power conversion. With the implemented line-on-time (MaxOn) mode, the no-load power consumption can be further reduced to lower than 10mW.
