The ULN2803ANG4 belongs to the group of transistors and arrays. Specifically, it is a bipolar junction transistor (BJT) array, providing high-current output, low saturation voltage, and low leakage current. This transistor array permits TTL/CMOS input and is also suitable for memory device driving, relay/solenoid driving and lamp driving. It consists of eight Darlington arrays and each of them is composed of two bipolar transistors.
