ULQ2003AQDRQ1 power distribution switch is one of a family of integrated load drivers, operating from a supply voltage of up to 6 V, that provides a wide range of load power configurations. It is suitable for motor-drive applications, such as automotive relay and solid state motor control, and for low-voltage logic switching and low-voltage power supply applications. ULQ2003AQDRQ1 power distribution switch consists of two Power FETs (Field Effect Transistors) and several diodes, connected together to form a power switch.
