ULQ2004ADR Integrated Circuits (ICs)

PMIC - Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers are components used to provide power to and manage power delivery to increase efficiency and minimize system power loss. The ULQ2004 ADR load switch can be used for both static and dynamic application fields. It works like a switch, controlling the flow of current to a device, such as a processor, based on the current level or other criteria.

The ULQ2004 ADR load switch is capable of controlling power up to two amps which makes it ideal for most applications. The thermal protection of the ULQ2004 protects the switch from excessive heat by shutting off the signal, or disabling the device, if the temperature exceeds the specified maximum operating temperature.
