<p>VF20150S-M3/4W is an ultrafast recovery, double-diffused MOS (DMOS) rectifier specifically designed to operate over a broad range of supply voltages and temperature conditions. Its highly rugged construction and dynamic characteristics make it especially suitable for the most demanding cold-cranking applications, such as microprocessor-based systems and automotive assembly.</p><p>VF20150S-M3/4W is single, with one P and one N terminal. It is packaged in a TO-220AB, DPAK and D2PAK flat package, making it an ideal choice for space-constrained applications. The DMOS rectifier is available with integrated diode protection (D-MOS), providing enhanced protection for the rectifier and load circuit.</p><p>The VF20150S-M3/4W is an excellent choice for high power applications such as power-switching and conversion, general-purpose PWM, UPS and computer power supplies, as well as automotive and industrial applications.
