The X4045S8I-4.5A PMIC - Supervisors chip has an Input Supply Voltage Range of 4.75V to 5.5V. The device has 3 outputs. Output 1 is dedicated for system reset, including a manual operational reset input (MOR), with a trip point adjustable from 1V to Vcc, and an output range of 0.8V to Vcc. Outputs 2 and 3 are dedicated for fixed voltage supervisory functions, with adjustable trip points of 1V to 4.5V.When the power supply voltage, Vcc, is greater than 4.75V, MOR is at its high logic state, so the reset signal, active-low RESET, will be low. If the supply voltage falls below its trip point set, the RESET output will go high, while the Output 1 status flag, active-low RES_FLAG, will go low, thus triggering system reset. When MOR is low, RESET is low regardless of the supply voltage.The X4045S8I-4.5A also implements upper and lower precise voltage level supervisory functions. The trip point of each voltage can be independently adjusted by their respective input control pins. When any of the inputs drops below the corresponding trip point, active-low RES_FLAG of the respective Output will be latched low.
