The 2SD1207U is a high-power, silicon NPN epitaxial planar transistor for use in various applications, such as power amplifier, voltage regulator, variable speed motor, frequency multiplier and so on. This device intended for use in switching, amplifier, and general-purpose circuits.
The 2SD1207U transistor is a single bipolar NPN transistor of the 2SD1xxxU series. This series of transistors are designed for amplifiers requiring high power, high voltage and high switching current. The collector breakdown voltage and the collector-emitter voltage is higher than the other transistors in the same series. The 2SD1207U features a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 400V and a maximum collector current of 4A.
