This device is designed for precision current/voltage calibration, temperature monitoring/calibration, data acquisition/transmission, and motion analysis applications such as automotive, industrial, and medical.The AD7746 converter integrates an ultra-low-power low-noise Sigma-Delta A/D converter, 4 multiplexers to select one of the 4 input channels, a constant voltage reference, 7-bit on-chip digital filter, and temperature-compensated digital interface. The device also features an on-chip low-drift temperature sensor which can be directly measured and monitored for current/voltage calibration and temperature monitoring applications.The AD7746 converter samples the input signal at 128MSPS and delivers a 16-bit single-ended or 14-bit differential output with an advanced noise level of 80dB. It also offers low power consumption and small form factor, making it a suitable solution for portable and demanding applications. The AD7746ARUZ also features adjustable conversion rate, allowing the user to select an operating rate from 0.625 MSPS to 128 MSPS. With its programmable output rate and full scale error range, the AD7746ARUZ is suitable for precision air flow, pressure, weight, and temperature measurements.The AD7746ARUZ operates on + 3.3V and -2.5V power supplies. This device is packaged in 28-Lead Pb-Free SSOP with a 10 mil center-to-center lead spacing and an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
