Working Principle
The ADXL327BCPZ-RL7 accelerometer consists of a sensing element and a signal conditioner. The sensing element is generally a thin film bulk micromachined sensor containing proof mass and an outer frame. When a motion is detected, the inertia of the proof mass causes a resistance to the change, causing the proof mass to deflect proportionately to the acceleration. This signal is then amplified and processed by the signal conditioner, which in turn produces a change in internal voltage.
