ADXRS453BRGZ-RL is a gyroscope that can be used for motion sensing and stabilization.ApplicationsADXRS453BRGZ-RL is a small, low-power and highly reliable gyroscope, which make it suitable for various applications. Firstly, it can be used in industrial automation applications, where the ADXRS453BRGZ-RL can monitor the air or water velocity, location and orientation of a robotic arm or machine. It consists of a quartz crystal wafer inside which is a layer of vibrating quartz. When the sensor is subjected to any angular motion, the vibrating quartz will create a Coriolis force which will cause the quartz to fly off-axis. The angular rate is then detected by measuring the change in frequency and amplitude of the quartz crystal wafer oscillation.The ADXRS453BRGZ-RL uses a capacitive microphone as the sensor element. The system processor will isolate the audio signal from the ambient noise and then amplify and filter the signal. The processor will analyze and process the data to produce the output in either an analog or digital form depending on the user\'s need. Additionally, the ADXRS453BRGZ-RL incorporates two major safety features, including the angular rate accuracy monitoring and the temperature monitoring. The angular rate accuracy monitoring can detect and protect the system from angular rate measurement errors.
