AOC2421 is a type of advanced power MOSFET, which is mainly used in home appliance applications such as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, and microwave ovens. The working principle of AOC2421 is based on the basic transistor functions of the Field Effect Transistor (FET) and the Gate Insulated Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET). FETs are three-terminal devices that control the flow of current between source and drain. A MOSFET has two additional terminals, the gate and the body, and the current is controlled by adjusting the gate voltage.

The working principle behind AOC2421 MOSFET is based on the concept of the MOSFET with an insulated gate to minimize the flow of current between source and drain.
