APT15D40KG is a single rectifier diode which can provide a wide range of applications for various devices. This device is widely used in consumer, automotive and industrial electronics. It is ideally suited for general rectification applications and is functionally equivalent to a low-dwarf diode. The APT15D40KG is packaged in a TO-274 package which is a TO-220 equivalent and is also available in a 5 x 5 mm mini-SG package.
