Working Principle

The AT45DQ321-MHD2B-T Type of Memory operates by reading and writing by using the 3-Byte Serial DataFlash Memory Interface. This Interface utilizes an 8-bit data bus, a three-line command/address bus and three control lines.

This type of Memory also has and excellent power saving capabilities due to its easy to use low-frequency SPI interface. This feature makes it possible for the application to transfer data at a maximum of one-byte at a time and the data transfer rate is relatively fast compared to other DataFlash Memory products.

The power saving feature also allows the AT45DQ321-MHD2B-T to consume up to 25% less power than other DataFlash Memories.
