EGP10AHM3/54 is a single rectifier diode, part of the new family of metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOSFET) rectifier diodes and is ideal for general-purpose applications such as switching power supplies, ac/dc and dc/dc converters, motor drives and freewheeling diodes. It is available with an integration technology based on low voltage silicon MOSFETs (LVMOS) for low voltage and microelectronics applications.
