EL7252CSZ-T7 is a PMIC - gate driver which aimed at providing board-level designs with a competitive and cost-efficient platform for configurable mixed-signal, power, and distributed load control, This integrated single power switch features a maximum output current of 1A, with the ability to drive up to eight FETs, two BVEs and one N-Channel MOSFETs.The EL7252CSZ-T7 is designed to provide a flexible, high-efficiency voltage regulator solution for smart phones, tablets and other mobile applications. Its integrated PFC and synchronous rectifier controllers, as well as its operation in discrete and integrated mode, support a wide range of operating conditions to provide superior system performance.The EL7252CSZ-T7 integrates an integrated MOSFET with configurable power range optimized for the mobile platform. It provides low quiescent current, low RDS(on) resistance, high efficiency, fast start-up time, low electromagnetic interference (EMI) and fast and accurate current sensing. The EL7252CSZ-T7 can also offer various protection features, such as under-voltage, over-voltage, over-temperature and short-circuit protection.The EL7252CSZ-T7 is based on the patented Quad Drives Gate Driver Architecture (QDGDA) which provides a wide range of driving capabilities, including driving a single FET, two FETs, one BVE and one N-Channel MOSFET. The QDGDA architecture enables the EL7252CSZ-T7 to perform current sensing and driving at the same time, thus reducing power dissipation. The QDGDA architecture also provides cost and space savings by eliminating external components and increasing system efficiency.The EL7252CSZ-T7 has many applications, such as camera modules, charging systems, touch displays, and low power system management ICs. Moreover, the EL7252CSZ-T7 can be used for other power management, motor control and storage applications in the automotive, medical, communications, and automotive electronics markets.
