EL7252CSZ-T7 is a PMIC - gate driver which aimed at providing board-level designs with a competitive and cost-efficient platform for configurable mixed-signal, power, and distributed load control, This integrated single power switch features a maximum output current of 1A, with the ability to drive up to eight FETs, two BVEs and one N-Channel MOSFETs.The EL7252CSZ-T7 is designed to provide a flexible, high-efficiency voltage regulator solution for smart phones, tablets and other mobile applications. Its integrated PFC and synchronous rectifier controllers, as well as its operation in discrete and integrated mode, support a wide range of operating conditions to provide superior system performance.The EL7252CSZ-T7 integrates an integrated MOSFET with configurable power range optimized for the mobile platform. It provides low quiescent current, low RDS(on) resistance, high efficiency, fast start-up time, low electromagnetic interference (EMI) and fast and accurate current sensing.
