The EVALSPEAR300 is an Evaluation Board based on the SPEAR300 microcontroller from STMicroelectronics. It features four USART serial ports, two USB controllers, two CAN controllers, camera interface, full-duplex SPI port, I2C port, SD/MMC card Support, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, multiple timers (Timer/Counter - TIO, PIO, etc.), 4 channels of 12-bit Analog/Digital converters, I/O ports, JTAG interface and debugging support, multiple direct memory access controllers (DMA), direct-drive audio port (S/PDIF), and real-time clock with support for calibration. The board also includes a boot-loader for loading code from an external storage device.
