The HMC695LP4ETR is an RF Misc ICs and Modules that delivers both superior linearity performance and wideband gain. It is designed for 2.4 GHz to 2.5 GHz Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) applications such as IEEE 802.11a/b/g. This device combines high linearity RF power amplifier (PA), low noise amplifier (LNA) and power detector in one 5mm ∅ QFN package.
The HMC695LP4ETR can be used for different applications, such as wireless LANs (WLANs), 2.4GHz ISM band application, and Zigbee. This device also can be used for embedded applications, such as routers and gateways. It provides superior high linearity performance with optimal gain.
