It also provides an accurate peak current limit, without requiring additional opto-coupler feedback.The primary section of the IRDC3037A board includes an MUR860 Ultrafast Rectifier and a IRFB3077 mosfet offering fast switching frequency and improved energy efficiency. The secondary section of the board also comprises a power MOSFET, an NCE5045PN Schottky Rectifier, and other metal film resistors.In addition to these main components, the IRDC3037A also consists of several other external components such as an RC snubber, a Zener diode, and a current sensing resistor.
