ISL6549IAZ

The ISL6549IAZ is a family of Pixel Power Voltage Regulators optimized for both linear and switching performance, delivering up to 0.8A peak and up to 15W power in a compact 3mm x 3mm QFN package. This product family redefines application field performance with unique features that support faster power sequencing, while expanding the range of linear regulators to handle a wider range of power requirements. The core components of the ISL6549IAZ are two low-voltage CMOS gate drivers, two MOSFET gate drivers and a low-side power switch integrated into the device.
