The LM5020SDX-2/NOPB is a DC/DC synchronous buck controller with advanced integrated features, post-linear drive, high frequency synchronous operation and low area solutions. It is a high voltage monolithic integrated power switch controller and is suitable for use in a variety of applications, such as data center, servers, medical, industrial, telecom and automotive.
