LM5111-1MX/NOPB is a single high-side gate driver designed for driving external N-channel MOSFETs, IGBTs, or logic-level MOSFETs from low-power control signals. The device features an integrated 5.2V, 360mA low-side general purpose MOSFET for direct connection to an input supply, eliminating the need for an external power MOSFET. The output of the LM5111-1MX/NOPB is capable of sourcing up to 2.2A of current to drive the gate of the external MOSFET.

The significant advantages of the LM5111-1MX/NOPB are its low current consumption combined with a high output current. This makes the device suitable for applications which require the highest level of power efficiency, such as solar lighting and electric vehicle applications.
