When the PWMD pin is connected to a lower voltage than the internal logic voltage, the MOSFETs are in the On state, and when the PWMD pin is connected to a higher voltage than the logic voltage, the MOSFETs are in the Off state. This allows users to adjust the duty cycle of the MOSFETs to generate a desired output voltage.
