LM5100CMA is a three-phase PFC controller from Texas Instruments. It includes a three-phase MOSFET driver and a high-voltage startup regulator, enabling integration of a complete three-phase power factor correction (PFC) circuit in a single package. This makes it suitable for a wide range of power supply applications such as industrial, motor drives, switched-mode power supplies, AC-DC convertors and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS). The LM5100CMA was designed to simplify the design process while reducing the cost of power supply systems.
