The LM5110-2SD PMIC – Gate Driver is a single high- and low-side N-channel power MOSFET driver. This Gate Driver is optimized for driving medium-current applications up to 500 mA using either an N-channel MOSFET or an IGBT. It features a low input operating current of 10 µA and a high accuracy of 0.4% for over-current protection (OCP) and under-voltage protection (UVP). The LM5110-2SD achieves excellent EMI performance due to its low input capacitance and low switching losses. This device is suitable for DC and AC motor control, electric vehicle (EV) and hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) onboard charger, power distribution, motor drives, industrial UPS and many other medium-current applications.
