M25P05-AVMN6P is a 24-pin, 5-volt, serial Flash memory chip. It is designed to provide an affordable solution for low density data storage, communication, and system configurations. The M25P05-AVMN6P has a sector architecture, which divides the memory into multiple sectors of equal size. Each sector is 512-bytes and up to 64 separate sectors can be programmed and erased individually.M25P05-AVMN6P is used in a wide variety of applications including handheld devices, consumer electronics, automotive, industrial and medical equipment. Its small size and low cost make it ideal for low capacity non-volatile memory needs. The chip can be used for storage of data such as firmware, system configurations, log files, and user settings.The M25P05-AVMN6P supports standard serial communication protocols, including SPI, TWI and Microwire.
