The M25PE10-VMN6P is a 10 megabit (Mb) three-volt Serial Flash Memory with a standard 2.7V to 3.6V voltage range and a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. This Flash Memory Memory is organized as 8,192 words of 8 bits each. The device is offered in an 8-pin ultrasmall DFN8 package, which makes it ideal for space-constrained applications.
