It uses a modified form of anodized manganese dioxide as the dielectric and jointed electrodes formed by sintered tantalum powder and internal electrodes. During the manufacturing process, a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process is used to coat the internal surfaces of the capacitor, resulting in a higher capacitance value than would otherwise be expected from the given tablet size.In addition, the M39003/01-2264H also features high ripple currents, up to 4.70A; low equivalent series resistance (ESR); high energy densities; excellent thermal and voltage stability; and strong resistance to shock, vibration, and other harsh conditions.Main applications of the M39003/01-2264H include military, aerospace, high reliability, and other demanding applications where a wide temperature range, low loss, and high peak current capabilities are required.
