Working Principle of M39003/01-2897/HSD

This process is called anodic oxidation. The oxide film forms a dielectric which acts as a separator between the two electrodes. As the oxide layer increases, the energy stored within the capacitor increases, forming a dielectric medium that can store electrons and be used as a capacitor.
