Working Principle

The M39003/03-2052 utilizes a tantalum oxide layer that acts as a dielectric between its two metal halves, essentially forming a capacitor. This charge is kept in place until the voltage is taken away. When this occurs, the charge dissipates, and the capacitor can once again store a new charge.
