MAX17601ASA+T is a member of the MAX17601A family of voltage-mode gate drivers with independent sensing, that combine the industry’s highest level of integration and performance. The MAX17601ASA+T has two internal power supply levels that eliminate the need for external voltage level-shifters for drive of three-state devices. This makes the MAX17601ASA+T ideal for use in applications where signal integrity and reliability is important, such as in automotive, industrial, and medical applications.

The MAX17601ASA+T is highly integrated, providing four original integrated circuits including two independent level shifters, two dual pole channel drivers, two open-drain logic-level inputs and two SYNC inputs. This device also provides three-level shifting with two levels of voltage shift and one level of output enable level shifting. With its integrated power-supplies and multiple output stages, this device is capable of providing the highest performance. Additionally, the MAX17601ASA+T includes several safety features such as low current overvoltage protection, transient protection and thermal shutdown.

The MAX17601ASA+T gate driver\'s implementation is well suited for gate-drive circuits where high-side and low-side gate-drive power switching is required. The driver also has input and output stages that reduce EMI and improve signal integrity. Additionally, it has high-side current limiting and Debounce control on both high-side and low-side drivers to protect these devices from over-current and transient conditions.
