Working Principle

Once the reset threshold is reached, the reset output (RST) will transition from high to low to initiate the power-on reset sequence.
After the reset, the MAX6338JUB+ continues to monitor the power supply voltage and if the voltage level drops below the threshold value for a specified period of time, the reset output (RST) will transition from low to high to initiate the power-down reset sequence. The reset delay feature in the MAX6338JUB+ allows the reset sequence to remain inactive until the power supply has stabilized at the correct reset level. Once the reset delay expires, the reset output (RST) will transition from low to high to initiate the power-down reset sequence.
