The MIC2582-JBM-TR also provides two overcurrent detection modes which are current limit mode to prevent the FETs from operating outside of safe conditions and overvoltage/undervoltage protection to prevent excessive output voltages or low input voltages from damaging any other components in the board. Additionally, the device features a power-on reset pin which can be used to reset the controller, an adjustable on-time delay, and an adjustable voltage cut off level.
