The MIC5316-F4CYMT-TR is a voltage regulator, linear type, in which several advanced features are integrated. It is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter system with high efficiency, low noise and low output voltage ripple, providing standards output voltage that range from 0.9V to 1.8V. The device is designed to deliver at least 2.5A of continuous current, and it is highly suitable for powering the latest generation of processor cores, GPUs, FPGAs, and DSPs in the most sophisticated modern applications.

The MIC5316-F4CYMT-TR voltage regulator consists of two ICs: a high-side driver (MIC5316) and a low-side driver (F4CYMT).
