The MIC5316-GW3YMT-TR is an adjustable positive linear voltage regulator for miniaturized low−power applications. It offers low output voltage accuracy, small footprint and industry’s typical 1.5% initial accuracy in a SOT-23-6 package. At only 290 μV of voltage noise and zero-noise load current, the MIC5316-GW3YMT-TR provides superior performance for powering low noise analog circuits. With both a current limited input and output, the MIC5316-GW3YMT-TR provides a convenient, small size solution for various power applications.
The MIC5316-GW3YMT-TR provides an adjustable output voltage that is adjustable from 2.85 V to 5.5 V with a 200 mV step size. The device is available in either a fixed output voltage or an adjustable output voltage. The output voltage of the MIC5316-GW3YMT-TR is adjustable using a resistor divider network connected to the output voltage adjustment pin. It has wide Input voltage range, operating temperature range and maximum input and output current capabilities. The MIC5316-GW3YMT-TR has a low quiescent current of 5 mA and low output voltage noise of 1.0 μV, making it ideal for minimizing internal noise to reduce system power consumption. The MIC5316-GW3YMT-TR also features a low-dropout voltage, fast transient response and reverse current protection for added protection.
