Working Principle
The MP44011HS-LF-Z adopts a two-stage working principle, consisting of a power factor correction(PFC) stage, followed by an isolated buck or boost stage. During the PFC stage, the unit actively adjusts the current output and monitors the current waveform of the power network. The output current is processed to follow a sinusoidal shape, bringing the input power factor of the power supply up to 0.9 or greater. This phase is identified by the Power Factor Corrector (PFC) indicator on the PCB.
In the isolated buck or boost stage, the unit actively adjusts the output voltage and monitors the voltage waveform generated by the power network. The output voltage is processed to follow a sinusoidal shape, providing a highly efficient source of clean and noise-free power. This phase is identified by the Voltage and Frequency Response indicator on the PCB.
