<p>MT25QL128ABB8E12-0AUT is a 1.8V/3V universal 16-pin serial flash memory that features a SPI, dual-spi (dual-bit rate) protocol interface, a 128Mbit storage capacity, and a package that measures 19 μm x 4 Kbytes page size.</p><p>The MT25QL128ABB8E12-0AUT features a uniform 64-byte sector architecture, reducing system complexity and cost. Its internal software protocol and controller was designed specifically for a serial flash memory. The device allows up to 25MHz input frequency with 30MHz SPI command cycle time and minimum 10MHz-to-maximum 30MHz read cycle time.</p><p>It has two XIP/read modes (single/dual SPI) and supports -40°C to +85°C temperature operating range.
