NDP7050L is an enhancement mode NFET logic level power MOSFET which is designed to be used in load switching and power conversion applications. It is suitable for almost all kinds of switching applications such as power switch mode PFC, inductors, motor speed control, gate drive and power supply control. This MOSFET is designed to improve switching performance and reduce on-chip and off-chip losses.
