Working Principle
The working principle of the PLZ39B-G3/H is based on p-n junction diode behavior. It utilizes the properties of a reverse biased diode to allow current to flow in its reverse direction. At critical breakdown voltage, the diode permits a large current to pass from anode to cathode.
