Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are one of the main components of energy storage. TE1401 are one of the earliest types of aluminum electrolytic capacitors, which focus on low cost, low leakage current and high-frequency products. Application field of TE1401

Working Principle of TE1401
TE1401 mainly uses the principle of electrolytic capacitor. It is formed by a pair of metal plates separated from each other, which form two poles. The metal plate is punched out and wound on an insulating substrate, then a separator is sandwiched between the metal plates to form an electrolyte, and finally the electrolyte is filled into the wound core part of the capacitor as a polarized electrolytic capacitor. When DC power is applied to the capacitor, the electrolyte will reduce the ohmic loss and form an electrode film with a certain capacitive characteristic on the metal surface, forming a very thin and stable insulation layer, which enables the memory effect of the polar electrolytic capacitor.
When TE1401 stores energy, an electric field is generated around its core, which can provide a certain amount of energy for the circuit, thus achieving the purpose of energy storage. During the energy storage process, the oxide film formed on the electrode surface will gradually increase and thicken, which can reduce the non-linear characteristic of the electrolytic capacitor, making it suitable for high-frequency parameters. At the same time, its stability and reliability are also better.
TE1401 has low cost, low leakage current and high-frequency performance, making it widely used in various electronic components in many fields. Thanks to its clear working principle, TE1401 has become an ideal component for energy storage.
