II. Working Principle

The TE1404-E3 aluminum electrolytic capacitor is a component composed of an electrolytic vapor deposition aluminum film, two edge electrodes, and an electrolyte. The electrolytic vapor deposition aluminum film is wound into a cylindrical shape, and the radial external electrode is connected to the circular aluminum foil sheet. One end of the capacitor is the positive pole of the capacitor, and the other end is the negative pole of the capacitor. The positive pole of the capacitor is connected to the circular aluminum foil sheet and the negative pole of the capacitor is connected to the lead wire. The lead wires are inserted into the plastic outer casing through the sealant.:

The working principle of the TE1404-E3 aluminum electrolytic capacitor is that when a voltage is applied to the two electrodes, an electric current flows between them and a dielectric film is formed on the surface of the aluminum foil. This film prevents current from flowing between the two electrodes and prevents the capacitor from discharging. The dielectric film also enables the capacitor to store electric energy when the power supply is disconnected, thus ensuring that the electric energy is constantly maintained.
