The TNY265G is a part of AC/DC Converters, Offline Switchers, of the Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMIC) used to provide power management in various applications. This device integrates a controller and an extremely low Rds(on) 650 V power FET to provide a complete AC/DC solution in a tiny package.

The TNY265G’s power comes from the integrated 650V power MOSFET and the controller provides current in the primary side, which is connected to the power supply.
